Compression springs are open-coil helical springs that offer a resistance to an applied force. Usually coiled as a constant diameter cylinder, they can also be varied in shape to give you a conical, tapered, concave, convex or any variation of these as required by the application. Although round wire is the primary material of choice, rectangular, square or specially selected wire may be used. Our current capabilities for compression springs are material size 0.012" to 0.562".
